The BACKSTORY
Rob Symes and Jonita Macyte started Campbell Black in 2010. They saw a Recruitment Industry chock-a-block of me-too businesses that had neither embraced the technology nor the ethos of a new decade. Campbell Black was founded on the belief that recruiters’ should do more than just recruit. Successful recruiters will not only build successful teams, but also promote their clients’ businesses to a wider audience. Service businesses, like Recruitment, need to build the industry not just take from it.
