The BACKSTORY
Rob’s journey before CB encompasses an English Degree, the shortest professional rugby career ever (9 minutes) and a stint at one of the largest global recruitment companies as the UK’s top salesman. He believes that recruitment is less about CV’s and more about personality. His interest in high technology has been sparked by living and working with some of the best high-tech entrepreneurs in Cambridge.
The AMBITION
Rob’s ambition is to create the most trusted and respected Executive Search firm in the technology space. He believes that the UK must make “more money-making, new stuff faster” and export these innovations more efficiently. He expects CB to be at the forefront of placing the right talent in the right place.
