Jonathan Apps was until recently CFO of the Cloud Networks, a mobile internet service provider and the largest independent WiFi operator in Europe with over 23,000 WiFi hot spots. Jonathan joined the the Cloud in 2007 and was instrumental in positioning the company for its sale to BskyB in 2011. A veteran of technology start ups Jonathan has been CFO at Music Choice and Yoomedia.
In the interview we discuss mergers and acquisitions, how to raise finance for technology companies and the role of the CFO in a small technology start up.
